8 May – 12 July
An art and feasting collaboration that seeks to celebrate the stories of those who live and work in Shieldfield and question the roles of host and guest.
Throughout Artistory we’ll be hosting events which invite you to cook, eat and explore the stories of Shieldfield. Our growing exhibition and visual collection of feasting and eating will tell Shieldfield and Newcastle’s stories through recipes and food, as well as exploring the roles of guest and host. Documentation of events will be added to the exhibition as we feast our way through the project.

A free evening of communal jam making, label making and musical jamming. A simple savoury supper will be served to help keep us jamming. Bring your hands ready to make jam and your voices ready to sing. Let’s get jammy!
